Area. With offices placed in Charleston, Berkeley and Dorchester
Counties, Properties Plus is able to service Charleston, North
Charleston, Mount Pleasant, Isle of Palms, Sullivans Island, James
Island, Johns Island, Kiawah, Seabrook, West Ashley, Goose Creek, Moncks
Corner, Summerville and each of their surrounding areas.
Relocation Department
CENTURY 21 Properties Plus has a full service relocation department to
handle corporate and domestic moves. Properties Plus is the primary
broker in the Greater Charleston South Carolina area for Cartus,
formerly Cendant Mobility. Cartus is the largest relocation company in
the world and is responsible for 53% of all corporate moves worldwide.
The relocation department not only helps companies and individuals move
into the area, they also help them move out of the area.
