Dear All,
I have great news to share……..
Our
friend and colleague Wil Riley will be leaving Properties Plus at the
end of the month, having accepted the position of Chief Financial
Officer for the Coastal Carolina Realtors of Myrtle Beach. He’ll step into his new position August 31, 2009.
Wil has been a longtime friend and a vital part of our company. As many of you know, Wil left Prudential to serve as the first Broker in Charge of our Summerville office. He did a great job establishing Century 21 Properties Plus as a major player in the Summerville market.
Next, Will moved into our Corporate Office as General Manager of Operations. He
was indispensable in the planning and design of the new business model
that has allowed Properties Plus to flourish despite current market
difficulties. When the dust settled on this project, Will directed his
energies to teaching, training, and general brokerage – going back to
serve his old client base with their buying and selling needs. Through
it all, he found time to be an active CTAR member; serving as President
and remaining deeply involved with the legislative committee. His time
with Properties Plus has been an example which few REALTORS® can equal.
So
I am pleased to see such a valued and trusted friend moving on to a
position that suits his talents so well. I am proud to have been a part
of his professional growth but will miss him.
